No, it is not correct.

Promenade, as anyone with any actual experience of dancing knows, requires that both partners have an angle between their feet and their topline. Classically this would be 45 degrees, but on some such as Jonathan, it can be nearly 90 degrees - feet pointing down LOD, body facing wall.

The whisk may tend to be a bit sloppy compared to other promenade entries, but it still requires a notable angle between feet and shoulders in both partners.
