Helmut Licht recorded an album called RHYTHM MUSIC, which is (or used to be) available through USA Dance (probably under its former name, USABDA, at the time). It has tracks for essentially all the dances that start out with nothing but the rhythm for that dance, followed by a very simple melody added to the rhythm. No counting per se, but it might be close to what you want anyway.
