Premium Membership
Premium Membership is a license for one user to access all
premium content on Ballroomdancers.com using a computer, tablet or mobile
device, for the length of time specified at the time of purchase. The license is
restricted to one and only one user (with exceptions noted below*), and is
non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The sharing of a user's private log-in information (e.g.
username and password) with others is expressly prohibited, and may result in
immediate cancellation of the offending user's premium account. User accounts
registered to businesses such as dance studios with multiple employees may not
be used to purchase a premium membership. Instead, each employee must either
register a separate, individual user account for the purpose of upgrading to
premium membership, or contact
Ballroomdancers.com directly to negotiate a discounted group rate.
* The following two exceptions apply to the single user restriction:
-
Since ballroom dancing is generally an activity for
couples, a user may view premium content together with his or her primary
dance partner for the purpose of learning the dance techniques and patterns
presented on Ballroomdancers.com. Note that this exception does not extend
to multiple partners, and does not include the sharing of log-in
information.
-
A student user may also view premium content together with
his or her primary dance teacher for the purpose of acquiring assistance
with understanding the material presented on Ballroomdancers.com. Note that
this exception does not extend to multiple teachers, and does not include
the sharing of log-in information.
Exception #2 above applies only to a student user viewing premium content
with his or her teacher. Premium users who are teachers may not conversely
view content with their students. We respectfully request that all dance
teachers support Ballroomdancers.com by encouraging their students to
purchase their own premium licenses for the purpose of studying off-lesson.
Video and Multimedia Formats
Ballroomdancers.com uses various file formats to present instructional
content including, but not limited to

to present content. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that his or

Before purchasing membership, we highly recommend browsing non-premium areas
of the website, such as (1) the beginning bronze level of
Learn the Dances, and
(2) any album in the Music Browser section
of the BDC Mall, to verify your computer's ability to view all file types.
