Hi! I have a competitiopn coming up really soon. I've been trying to do my hair smooth and glossy like the pros but instead it just turns out to look greasy.

What do you put on your hair for it to look so shiny and smooth and how? Please help!

thanx

Hi There,

There are particular products that create hold without making your hair lok dull and lifeless and also to stop the use of gel which makes your hair look greasy.

I use Semi Di Lino, Diamante range. It's made by Alfaparf, an italian company. There is shampoo and conditioner, but I mainly use the hairsprays. They have little particles in them to add shine to your hair.

Always start with your hair wet, style, then spray, spray spray. Also glitter helps to add shine and take away greasyness.

Good luck! Also, just practice with styles, I found my hair would just not go into a bun, so I put it in a pony tail and took sections and looped and pinned them. So it look fancier than a bun and was much easier!

Hi there,

I myself am not going to competitions yet, but here is a tip:

Go to a hairdresser you TRUST and ask him. THey have loads of products, and you could even tell him that you want to first try it out before you buy anything.

Good luck

Viv
