I am trying to update my account bio and don't know where to access the link. Please tell how I can update things as my age, years of experience,photos, etc.

O.K., I'm sure that I clicked to check that my usr info was correct and that I also clicked submit. I am also sure that I only have one account. Now, what do I do? Can you resubmit my renewal notice to me, so that I can re-follow your instructions?

George,

The account from which you posted this message is good through 2009, so you're right, you definitely did successfully renew this account.

However, you do actually have two user accounts. They look similar, but they are in fact slightly different. One has been renewed, the other hasn't. That's where the extra email reminders are coming from.

I need to renew my membership and even once I have logged in, following all directions--
when I click on the "submit" button, my renewal info (name and passoword) will vanish, and I am NOT renewed...
I am frustrated!!! And there does not seem to be an alternate way (such as contacting an administrator) to get my membership renewed.

Not sure what the problem is. I tried logging into your account with your username and password and it worked fine for me here. Perhaps it's an issue with cookies on your computer. Have you tried on another computer?

i have try to renew with the name margarita and it did not work it said that mi name was wrong so i ask for you to send mi the information and you gave me margoton as my name i knew it was not right margoton is my email name my membership name is margarita can you fix that for me please

I DID renew, and followed all the way to 'submit' and my date was even updated to a year ahead. Then, two weeks later, it said to renew again. Interestingly, the expiry date was in late 2009 ! However, I renewed AGAIN, and got a new date, one year from today. All in all, I like everything else about the site. -jj
