How is that move called in Tango?

Good afternoon,
Please could you tell me the name of a move in tango where both partners turn their heads on a sudden simultaneously?
(perhaps only one)
The name is probably in spanisch, portugues or englisch.
Many thanks for your kindness.

You probably mean a link to Promenade

Yes terence is probably exactly right about which one you mean but that particular action characterizes the entire dance.

George. The Progressive Link Or any Link including a Drop Link both heads are turned into Promenade. It is only necessary to turn the nose and the toe ready for the next move. By turning the toe it allows us to step into Promenade without having to step over our own foot which we would have to if we didn't clear a space to step through

Many thanks to all who wrote to me about that special thread. The name is

Progressive link with a head flip

The following link for those who are interested:

The head flip is a great gesture in Tango if handled on the right place and in a proper way.
