Waltz Identification!

If anyone can tell me the name of this one particular waltz, I'd really appreciate it!

It's the song to which Gary McIntyre and Susan Kirklin dance their solo (around 4:30).

Also used here for Kris and Melaina's dance-on as well as for the group waltz.

Meanwhile, aren't the videos Paradigmdvd posts just awesome? They're an addiction!

I guess I'm a bit of a grouch today. But the song playing at the first link at 4:30 is a Tango, and it clearly isn't a solo performance. If you want help, I think you should put a little effort into your own question...especially since holding your cursor over the scroll bar gives you the time of the video to the second.

Ralph, you are incorrect. At 4:30, the music played is definitely slow waltz music in 3/4 time. It was a solo performance- there were no other couples on the floor. I don't know what song was playing, but I very much enjoyed it. It almost reminded me of Rumba music- dramatic, but not overstated.

You are correct. I grabbed the wrong link. Apologies.

Exactly! Well stated! That's why I really liked this waltz, it doesn't necessarily sound like the ethereal waltz we all know so well, but it's more earthy and sensual.
