Grants/Scholarships

Does anyone know where/how I can find a grant/scholarship that would pay for an instructor's program? I'm in Missouri and I have been dancing for several years. A studio in the area is opening a "ballroom college" for individuals to learn the follows and leads of various ballroom and latin dances in order to become certified instructors. The program will cost roughly $8k-$10k and will be completed in approx. 18 months.
Alot of the grants/scholarships I have come across are for college students. Does anyone have knowledge of anything for a program of this type?

Don't waste your money...or any tax money...or any other benefactor's money here. The instructors barely know bronze level material themselves. And try taking the "diploma" to an AM or FA studio or an independent studio worth its salt.
