Thanks for the suggestion, ladydance. When I followed the link the message said that it had been removed due to copywright issues.

That's too bad. It was a really fun compilation of many dance movies. I also like Dance With Me with Vanessa Williams.

Ladydance.Dance With Me, one of my favourites also. I like the bit towards the end where Vanessa does some eight or so bars of Rumba without moving. I often point this out to show how much of Rumba can be pure acting.

I really like that movie too. It has actual dancing in it. I loved it. I also like Tango Bar with Raoul Julia.

I know three movies that are nor really about dancing, but the main characters do dance beautifully. In "Latin Lovers," which stars Lana Turner, you would enjoy watching samba dancing scene. "Come September" includes swing dancing scene. "The Swan," which stars Grace Kelly, includes waltz dancing scene. Check on tcm.com when these movies will be shown on TCM channel.

JoyofDancing5, I just popped out to You Tube and saw the waltz scene from the Swan. You're right . . . very nice.

I am glad that you enjoyed watching waltz. It looks like they dance quarter turns.

JoyofDancing5, I have also found clips of the dance scenes in Latin Lovers and Come September. Very smooth in L.L. and interesting styles in C.S. Thanks for pointing these out.

"Strictly Ballroom," directed by Baz Luhrmann (who also directed "Moulin Rouge") is fun to watch. Especially if you like Paso Doble.
