For the last 6 hours or so, we have been getting a 'Connection error' message every time we try to play a video from our iPhones or iPad. The error says:

Connection error. Please try again later, or contact technical support for assistance.
We get this message on my iPad and on both my and my partner's iPhones. What is the problem? Thank you.
