You can try checking the Dance Directory on this site and on accessdance.com.

You could also google ballroom dance and the name of your city (or the nearest big city), or even try the yellow pages under dance instruction/schools.

If you are near a college or university, you might check to see if they have a ballroom club or team. Many of them allow non-students to join.
