Hi, I teach Ballroom, Latin and Swing in Surrey BC Canada.Where are you? I am actually in need of a follow for my swing class (under 30).

Usually I find that younger ladies tend to not support the young males trying to learn how to dance and then wonder and complain about why they can't find anyone to dance with.Males that dance Ballroom are not obligated to dance with ladies under their level. They have worked very hard to achieve a higher level.They will tend to dance with those who supported them and who can follow at their level.
