The button is at the bottom of the form. If it isn't being shown by your browser, the most likely explanation is that it's being mistaken for a banner ad by your internet security software.

I can offer three solutions for this:

(1) Temporarily disable the banner ad hiding feature of your internet security software.

(2) Place your cursor in any of the form fields, and hit your [enter] or [return] key. Note: Make sure to select a single-line form field. The [enter] key simply results in a carriage return on multi-line form fields.

(3) Renew your user account at http://new.ballroomdancers.com/Users/ The new website, nearly complete and scheduled to be released in September to the general public, uses a different method for rendering buttons on forms, so you shouldn't have a problem with internet security software hiding them.
