IMHO, Dbl. Rev. spin has no sway throughout, while 2nd step of open telemark is swayed. That should effect the amount of turn and radius while leading the lady's h-turn.
Other than that, I think you're correct by stating that the difference is ".. as you go out of the move.." (but in terms of leading, that's quite a difference, isn't it?).
