Hi Alan,

Everything looks good in the database, so your browser is not logging the information correctly for some reason. Try the following solutions, one at a time, to see if they solve the problem.

1. Log out of your user account, then log back in with the "Remember Me" option unchecked.

If that doesn't work:
2. Close and reopen your browser, then log back in.

If that doesn't work:
3. Log out of your user account. Then clear your browser's cache, close the browser, and reopen it. Log back into your user account and check your status. If you don't know how to clear your cache, do a Google search for "clear cache" + the name of your browser. Every browser is a little different.
