Sorry to hear about the trouble. We'll try to get this worked out as quickly as possible. First off, a couple of questions:
(1) What kind of device are you trying to view the videos on? Is it a computer like a Mac or a PC with Windows, a mobile device such as an iPhone or Android-based smartphone, or an iPad or other non-Apple tablet device?
(2) If you're using a computer, what operating system and browser are you using?
(3) What have you selected as your preferred viewing format on the website, Flash or Quicktime? If you don't know, go to your user account page and click on the custom settings tab. (Btw, you can try both setting to see if either one works for you).
FYI, upgrading to a premium membership doesn't affect anything on the video viewing pages, so if you can't see the videos anymore, it's purely coincidental. You can, of course, test this by logging out of your account and trying to watch a video clip.
Also, I'm troubleshooting some video issues with another user right now, and I've been creating a new page that uses a slightly different method to render the video. Try the following page and tell me if it works better for you:
