Recently opened on the corner of Lougheed and Bainbridge, Howie's Bistro and Bar has already won a loyal clientele in the nearby neighbourhoods of Burnaby Mountain and Burnaby Lake. Chef and owner Howard Jang offers a delightful array of dishes to tempt your palate, including the popular 'Angry Prawns', 'crab cakes' and 'St. Louis Ribs'.

Howie's Bistro and Bar focuses on West Coast fare with a dash of Asian influence. The restaurant's decor of red, black, cream and stainless steel offers a sleek modern feel while the ambiance is relaxed and comfortable. The main restaurant seats up to 120 with a mix of intimate booths and open table settings, complete with a full sound and light system, dance floor and stage for parties. Add to this a semi-private solarium that seats an additional 40, and you have a perfect place for birthday celebrations, weddings and corporate and community events!
