If its in 4' sections, neither 10 nor 14 are divisible by 4.

Ahh, this floor again, it is just not moving!
You see I don't know if the room dimensions are yards or feet. Either way, I cannot assemble 4x4 foot sections to meet those dimensions, except if there is a 1 foot border. Anyone guess how many 4x4 pieces you get for the loot? Can you squeeze a feather, reverse and three step on it?
Sorry to say, I am on the wrong continent to buy the floor, it does sound tempting.

Typically Master dance floor panel size is actual dimensions of 46" X 46" even though they refer to it as a 4 ft X 4 ft panel. The edge trim or transitions are about 4"
When I bought a 20' X 20' floor from them here is how they responded to the size question.
An exact measurement of our panels is 46"X46" so each panel is 2in shy of 4ftX4ft. The transition edges are 4". So the exact measurement of a 20x20 dance floor WITH the edging would be 238"X238" or 19.83' X 19.83' . 4x4 section IS 16sq ft (4 times 4) Our panels are 3.83'X3.83' or 14.66 sq ft.
