-- What kind of computer or device (including operating system and version) are you using?
e.g. iMac with Mac OS X Snow Leopard, HP Laptop with Windows 7, iPad with iOS 4, etc.

-- What browser (including version) are you using to view the website?
e.g. Internet Explorer 9, Safari 4, Chrome 1, etc.

-- What is the URL of the page or pages that are giving you problems?
e.g. ballroomdancers.com/Message_Board/view_messages.asp
