I love El Tango de Roxanne, the instrumental version of the song from Moulin Rouge- not really pop, but its recognizable- pop isn't really the best choice for tango although another good song is that one by the Gotan Project from the Shall We Dance? soundtrack

Isn't the music that was played for the Tango sequence in "Moulin Rouge" a version of El Traje Nupical? It's a very good Tango, and some other versions are a little more danceable (by people other than professionals performing choreography) than the version in the movie, which is very nice to listen to.

I don't think it is sick...I happen to think Cell Block Tango would be a great song to dance too.
