music suggestion

My fiance and I are are planning on doing a waltz at our wedding next summer, but we can't agree on a song. Can anyone suggest something? We're looking for something non-traditional or contemporary, but it doesn't have to be something recent. Any suggestions would be awesome!

one of my favorites (for my first pro routine) is "daisy in december" by mick maccauley....really simple, and really pretty

You have SO many awesome opportunities here! If I were re-marrying my lovely bride again, I would ask her to consider "Lay Down Beside Me" as sung by Allison Krauss and John Waite.

Together, Forever, Always Leann Rimes about 88bpm

Teach Me to Dance Greg Holland is abpout 112bpm but slow it down to 90bpm and it is good.

When I said I do -by Clint Black is about 104bpm but slowed down to 90bpm dances well.

You Make The Moonlight - by 4 Runner at 98bpm and can be slowed down if needed.
