hello everyone,

I have been dancing since I was 4 years old. And till now I remember long days of practice, and swollen feet by the end of the day and terrible muscle pain the next day. Don't take me wrong but I love the feel of fresh muscle pain. Always did..:) I am sure everybody familiar with cold bubble bath for feet after long hours of dancing and ect. Untill recently my friend have introduced me to a special recipe drink that actually helps muscles to recover much faster, and without pain the next day!....and again don't take me wrong, I wasn't slaking at practices, the drink really works. Anyways just wanted to share that with you, my dance colleagues. If you have any other helpful advises. u r wellcome.

As I recall, lactic acid must be oxidized by the liver. This takes longer as we age. I used to jog a few miles, when younger, to increase the blood's circulation and to assist in speeding up the process. Drinking a lot of water aides the body in flushing out the by-products of the liver and kidneys.
Yes, what is this magic elixir, and can you get it, for a limited time, if you act quickly, for just $19.95 shipping included? Do they throw in a free Ginsu knife with every purchase?

lactic acid is cleared some by the liver, but most quickly by slow twitch muscle fibers (which are activated during light activity). A nice walk for 5 minutes will clear most of the lactate. dancing for hours will use a bunch of glycogen (carb) which should be replaced within the first few hours for fastest recovery. At least 50 grams of carbs within the first hour. Even a dash of protein to help recovery. Probably more than you wanted to hear, but its my field (can't help myself)

Don't forget...Vitamin C 30 minutes before dancing will cut down on lactic acid build-up. The research is about a year old and besides you won't be as likely to get sick.
