I am new with Ipad application so not sure if I am missing an application here but I am not able to view the dance video on Ipad using safari. Please advice if I need to download compatible software in order to view the video here. Thanks in advance for your inputs.

Thanks much for your response, however when I wet to mobile ballroom dancers URL and the video just has a circle with a line across the play button so I am unable to view the video. Also it seems that the number of video available for mobile is still limited as compared to the ones available for pc/laptop. Did I miss a plug-in application?

Video options on the website and mobile app are identical. Just make sure you log in to your user account on the iPad to enable yourself to view everything.

Do me a favor and take a screen shot of a video that's not loading on your iPad. You can do that by clicking the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. Then email it to me at admin@ this website.

All videos on this site are flash. Unfortunately for ipad, ipod and iphone users flash is not supported on these devices. You can google for apps that can play it though.

Please allow me to clarify: Only the BallroomDancers.com full site uses Flash for videos, which are meant to be viewed by a desktop or laptop computer. Apple still supports Flash on Macs with OS X.

The BallroomDancers.com MOBILE site is made specifically for mobile devices, especially iPhones, iPods and iPads. The video on the mobile site is presented in MPEG4 using HTML5, encoded using settings that have been optimized for the iPhone. To view the video on your iPhone or iPad, be sure to visit the mobile site:

If you add it to your iPhone or iPad home screen per the instructions on the website, it will act like a true iOS app, complete with quick-launch icon.

I just upgraded to premium but I can't see any videos for the gold level in chacha and Rumba. I thought premium is suppose to allow you to see those videos.

We've been adding videos to our syllabus for the last few months, and as of now we are completely finished with Silver, as well as the following Gold:

(1) All International Standard
(2) Open Gold variations in American Smooth
(3) Open Gold variations in American Rhythm

The latter two also come with full instruction videos.

The only style that has no Gold level yet is Int'l Latin, which is coming in September / October -- Mark & Viola couldn't make it to the last video shoot, so that had to be delayed.

Other than Int'l Latin, if there's something in the Gold level you can't see right now, let us know. The first and most obvious question (akin to a tech support guy asking "Is it plugged in?") is, Are you logged in when you view the video? Assuming you are, you should be able to see everything that we have. If not, let us know.
