viewing messages

tHe messages only appear for an instant. Is this because i have only basic membership?

I don't think it is your membership level, I get the same on IE8 under XP SP3. I am using Chrome to enter this comment.

In fact in IE8 I went to T)ools and unticked "compatibility view" and IE8 now displays these posts!

Sounds like it's specific to IE8 on Windows XP. I don't see that problem with IE9 on Windows 7, or IE6 on Windows XP.

Unfortunately I need my IE to stay at 6 on my XP, so I can't upgrade it for the purpose of testing. Does anybody know of a way to run multiple versions of Internet Explorer on the same OS?
