East Cost Swing and Summer songs?

Any suggestions on songs that are summer themed or beached that would be suitable for east coast swing?

First one that comes to mind is the popular "California Girls" by the Beach Boys. Any others come to mind I'll send them your way.

I like beach boys surfin usa beter than CA girls for ECS
A number of song you could do west coast or shag to but even slower triple east seem tough. Warm califoria sun, beyond the sea a (faster verion than orig. best).
and maybe wipeout. I grew up in 50 and 60 and really don't remember any more except you might want to listen to beach boy and Jan and Dean.

I grew up in the 50's and 60's in California. Anything from the Beach Boys, Ventures, Jan and Dean, and many other "beach bands" were very popular in California. Like dancewithu2, I have forgotten the names of all the bands that played. Also, I liked the Drifters, Four Tops, and Embers.

Why are you looking for summer theme songs for ECS?

Also you might want to search for "beach music" this is Carolina shag music but some songs would work with triple swing
