What browser/version are you using, and also what operating system?

Not all browsers interpret the code exactly the same, and there are probably at least a few still out there that don't work (especially if they're more than a few years old). But if you give me your info, I might be able to emulate your set-up and fix it for you, or at least suggest ways that you can update your configuration to make it work.

As always, make sure you have the latest version of Flash and/or Quicktime installed, depending on your user settings.

The previously-mentioned link was the beta for the new version of the video page. It has since become the new video page on the public website, so you can view it simply by selecting a figure in the Learning Center.
